					The AU3 system features a powerful, futurable Extended Spectrum Platform (ESP) that supports multiple advanced electronic array imaging technologies for unprecedented image quality, Doppler and CFM sensitivity and clinical versatility.  Offering wide-band/high-density linear, curved and annular phased array imaging, the AU3 was developed to addressthe numerous cardiovascular and general imaging applications of a hospital or group practice, and is ideal for the shared services environment.
		The AU3 and the 3000-AP are available with the Advanced Image Management System (AIMS), which expands system applications to include stress echocardiography and digital archival of cardiac exams and patient reports. By completely integrating our stress echo capability with our ultrasound systems, only Biosound is able to offer seamless stress echo - direct digital image capture, storage and review. AIMS includes user-programmable protocols for exercise and pharmacological stress testing, monitoring and follow-up, comprehensive wall motion analysis software, patient database and optical disk storage.
